First level of Parish

A lot of times on parish 1, if you get a good first attack as infected, the survivor team will just deathrace. So I was curious if people would like to take any health for the level. I personally would like atleast 2 pills so that doesn't happen. And to behonest it's not that hard to wipe with a tank there even if the survivors have 4 pills but it goes the other way as well.

2 sets of pills, it doesn't really matter too me but there needs to be some kind of health. i won't vote yet.

I agree, two sets of pills isn't overwhelming but it gives you plenty of health. The tank normally wins that battle so clearly something needs to happen to equalize the playing field.

Yeah uhm it's probably going to be 4 sets of pills since there will be only those 4 maps. Teams will need to be on top of their tank play to get a lead on map 1. Otherwise one team will usually end up in a constant uphill struggle that ends with no crazy finale comeback to get a laggy instakill win off of.

And yes you can wipe a team with 4 sets of pills. You can wipe a team with infinite sets of pills right in front of them on xbox if you land a nice boom two secure lawl. And your tank doesn't even have to hit more than 50% of his punches during a moment like that.

bump, wanna make sure everyone is voting. i think if we keep it to all health that will make less rules to remember but this isn't too hard to remember

How about we do 3 sets of pills since we are taking three extra sets of pills in other levels? It would also be a good compromise with the way the voting is going, not that it matters since most games are going to be Dark Carnival anyway lol.

MK does not want superfluous rules in this tournament. Especially related to health.

There will be plenty of alternatives to Parish for this season though. Most likely HR and SF fixes too.

On topic, jokingly or not. I simply said I did not want threads that are meant to be discussions on rules and why they exist, to fall apart into name calling. Whether any offense was intended, or taken, is not a matter that I am concerned with.

I'd rather people not already familiar with the community, read some threads about rules(while considering making a new team), and assume we're all just a bunch of simians throwing fecal refuse at each other and shouting.

You're not harming anyone but yourselves. If the community doesn't want to work together and be civil. -Everything- in the world moves on. But with a bit of civility and some manners, this community could have a lot more going for it.
