We should do SOMETHING....

Yunno all those times that everyone said "God this game is dead..." when really you could get multiple 4v4s a day? Well now this game REALLY IS dying out, when it was hanging on all those times before. Within the course of a week everything seemed to break down. If/when the servers get back to normal, we should try to do something with it, or at the least try to compensate for them. Anything really. Something cool and new that we haven't done before. I don't want to sound desperate, but this game is a link to a lot of good friends and I don't want to abandon things just yet. My friend told me that Valve announced that this isn't the end of the L4D series, so this drought won't last forever. Maybe this game is meant to die out around now and it's time to let go, but it sucks that it would just get cut off so abruptly. Hopefully the servers get fixed and things look up, but who knows if that'll happen. I dunno. I'm torn and getting distanced from L4D, but I'd love to hold things together a little more. What do you guys think? Do you think it's time to give up and let go, or do you guys have ideas to keep this community breathing just a while longer?

I thought for the longest time I would be one of the last people trying to play this game competitively, right up until the servers completely crashed. However it got very boring and predictable from my point of view. I don't think the servers been fixed is going to change anything, I suggest just pubbing and having a good time with the friends you have made within the game. There is always playing competitively on pc, they seem to be still quite active.

I hate the lag, but send me 4v4s. Im usually with atleast 1 other person. I will try to get 4 depending on how I feel. GT: LiquiD SNiP3R Z
